• 1.6 HP Self-Cooling, High Performance Bypass Motors.  - Compared to a single-stage motors commonly used in lower-end vacuums.  Bypass motors provides higher suction values and increased operating life.

• 97" of Static Suction Force (Waterlift) - Powerful suction for extracting chips, bolts, water, etc.

• Arranged in series, the 1st motor provides 136 CFM, the 2nd motor increases the vacuum's CFM to 265.  Individual on/off switches puts you in complete control of the power situation.  The motors, complete with No Amp Surge Protection, enables you to turn-on any motor, in any sequence, from a single 110 volt outlet without circuit breaker overload - even from circuits protected by quick-action fuses or low amp breakers (15 amp.)

2nd Motor Handles the Unexpected

• Making wider cuts on the same joint - The most effective dustless cutting is with one pass of the diamond blade.  However, when it is necessary to make that 2nd or 3rd pass, two motors will significantly compensate for dust that will otherwise escape.  It is also recommended, when making the wider cuts, to use a 2" diameter hose (it will increase airflow by 50%!)

• Caked Filters - When a vacuum loses suction it is because its filter is dirty.  To compensate, instead of taking time to disassemble the vacuum and clean the filter, simply by turning-on the 2nd motor you'll instantly regain 100% suction power for significantly longer operating times.

• Longer Hose Lengths - All of our Dust Director vacuums have a 2" inlet port on the tank, with the option of using a 2" hose.  When a 2" hose is used, you'll actually increase the vacuum's suction performance by 50%.

• The 2-Motor Vacuum, with its powerful 265 CFM of airflow, will greatly improve its overall suction performance when a 2" hose is used - whether you are operating on the floor or working overhead on scaffold.

AIRFlow HEPA Filtration:  Tanks fill completely with silica powder dust WITHOUT suction drop.  Each vacuum includes two (2) filter systems, its your choice to use either one:  Flutter Filter - Eliminates using filter bags in the vacuum.  Or use the Clean Extreme Filter Bags - Burst and tear resistant, the bags collect everything  (dry or wet) without blinding plus EVERYTHING stays clean, including the tank and the cartridge filter.

• Flutter Filter Basket.  Utilizes the spiraling whirlpool action inside the vacuum tank to keep its loose fitting media constantly in shaking and fluttering motion - Naturally.  Dry powders are preventing from accumulating and caking its surface.  No electronics are use to keep this filter constantly moving, shaking, fluttering and pulsing.
  
  Additionally, the floating cage is free floating as it also shakes and knocks against the inside walls of the filter media.  Further helping to increase the filter's effectiveness in maintaining strong suction power for increased collection yields.  Everything is Natural Occurring - No Electronics . . .

• Clean Extreme Filter Collection Bags (3 included).  Collects dry powder dust and wet debris - even at the same time.  Bags will not tear or burst inside the tank like paper filter bags.  The outside of the bag is kept clean which keeps the tank and the HEPA cartridge filter clean.  Removal and disposal of the filter bag is clean, safe, without tearing, without a mess - helping to confirm to environmental and health regulation.
