	Heavy-Duty, Durable, Industrial Grade. All Metal Construction - Nothing Plastic - Made to Last. Metal components include: Hose / tank inlet port, steel-door carrying handles (3), motor head hold-down clamps, wheel cart, wheels & casters. Made specifically for construction wear, abuse, long life.
	Industrial 2-Stage Motor. Powerful, consistent suction - Excellent for dustless tuck pointing applications. Very useful where electric power is a concern.
	Motor Head Assembly. Durable steel motor head equipped with 3.1 HP motor and a 30 ft., 3 wire grounded safety yellow power cord.
	Hold- Down Motor Head Clamps (3). Chrome plated spring steel with non-marrying tips to ensure a positive vacuum seal.
	Steel Tank. Finished with a hammer mark exterior and epoxy interior, and features reinforcing ribs to strengthen the tanks for handling higher suction lifts. Double roll-over bottom seal prevents leaks.
	Wheel Cart. Equipped with two 8" rear non-marring wheels, two 2-1/2" ball bearing swivel casters, and chrome plated steel loop handle.
	Tank Hose Connector. 1.5" swivel hose connector fits both the tank inlet fitting and the motor head exhaust fitting (for blower applications). Positive locking with 360º swivel.
	Hose Assembly. 1.5" x 12 Ft. Lightweight, Super Flexible Hose equipped with 2" smooth ID vinyl hose cuff.
	Wire Hose Cage. Convenient hose & electrical cord storage.

High Suction Power. Powdered dust is collected and maintained in the filter collection bag without the filter bag clogging, caking, or bursting. The "air flow efficiency" of the filter collection bag maintains foolproof maximum vacuum suction.

Increased Motor Life. * Constantly clean filters mean long motor life and high suction power. Maintenance-Free Filtration without premature filter clogging or caking assures motor operates with constant air flow to prevent the motor overheating.

3-Stage Filtration.
1. Filter Collection Bag. Collects 90% of the powdered dust and debris - Ensures constant air flow through the filtration system.

2. MicroWeb Green Drop-Down Basket Filter. Captures and contains micro-fine powdered dust that may escape through the Filter Collection Bag. Extremely long service life & completely washable.

3. HEPA Cartridge Filter. The 1st two stage filters of the CFE® Filtration are so efficient that the HEPA Cartridge Filter, rated at 99.97% @ 0.3 microns, stays relatively new! Chances are you may never have to replace the cartridge filter.

Avoids Dust Dispersion into Rooms. Air tight, secure motor-head-to-tank vacuum seal that also maximizes vacuum suction.

* Long Motor Life. The performance and life of any vacuum's motor depends on air flow from two sources: outside cooling and filtering. A motor works its hardest when its filter begins to clog - thus limiting air flow. Vacuum efficiency with CFE® Filtration maintains total air flow, even when the filter collection bag is full. The industrial vauum motors are insured for 2 full years.

When is it time to replace the Filter Collection Bag? . . . When is the bag full? The Filter Collection Bag manages a comfortable 40 pounds of dust. Our knuckle-head technology then enables you to overfill the bag to 70 pounds, while maintaining high suction power! At this point, the dust will be level to the tank's inlet hose port and the vacuum's suction will completely stop. To empty the bag (at 70 lbs.), use the industry strength components of the vacuum to discard of the overloaded filter collection bag.

Easy Filter Maintenance. Removing a "loaded" filter bag is easy and dust-free. Filter bag's capacity is 40 lbs. Secondary Filter is HEPA Cartridge. How effective is the filter system?
Micro Linear™ filter collection bag will hold 70 pounds of dry, powered, silica dust (the bag will fill to the level of the tank's inlet hose port) with no loss of suction power. (70 pounds is equivalent to 7 hours of cutting 1/4" wide joints, 3/4" deep.)

QUICK VACUUM COMPARISON: The vacuums are identical, including the filters; their main difference is the Contractor Plus has more amps and it is 4 pounds heavier. With its increased power, you are able to attach additional 12' hose sections or use a single 35' hose.

For its power and lightweight however, the Contractor Vacuum, is perfect for use with the Dust Director™. Additionally, the HD Wheel Cart is easily removed from the tank should you want to use the vacuums on scaffold (the tank has a flat bottom).
