750# HD Stand-Up Bag for Slurry & Dry Debris Collection.

Stand-Up / Heavyweight Bulk Bag. In today's economy we all need to save every dollar we can. The Free Standing Heavyweight Bulk Bag can do just that. The rigid sizes of steel and poly drums are great, but in most cases they add unnecessary costs. These costs come in many forms including the cost of the drum, higher freight cost, and increased warehouse costs.

Self-Standing Bag in Poly Drum - Holds 750 pounds of dry or wet debris.

Self Standing Bag is often placed in drums for continual collection (large) yields.

3 mil inner poly liner bag, zipped tie to contain moist debris or prevent moisture from entering.

3 Mil Polypropylene Inner Liner Bag, zipped tie to seal-in slurry or to keep dry debris from getting wet.

Drawstrings (2) are pulled tight for complete containment of debris.

Two individual drawstrings are used to completely seal the outer woven polypropylene bag.

Woven polypropylene bag is manufactured to safely hold 3,750 pounds with a 5:1 safety factor . . . it is incredibly strong. It will absolutely not tear.

As a test, the bag is completely filled and dropped 30' from the air. To pass, it had to contain 100% of the material, and we passed easily.

HD Lifting straps may be used to lift the Bulk Bag by a forklift. Or, the drum may be tilted and the lifting and carrying straps used to removal / carry the bag.

Extract the slurry / wet debris using the ICS Slurry Pump-Out Vacuum.

As the HD 24 Gallon "compact" Tank fills, the internal sump pump discharges the slurry up to 75' away.

Using the Pump-Out or Barrel Head Vacuum, a Stand-Up Bag can be placed in a 55 gallon drum w/ its liner bag.

1 to 3 cups of Slurry Solidify is mixed with the slurry.

3 mil moisture control liner bag is zip tied, outer woven poly bag is pulled and tightly secured with its HD drawstring straps.

HD lifting & carrying straps provide user friendly removal - directly into a dumpster.

Directions (referencing above pictures):
· Open and install the Stand-up Bulk Bag in a 30 or 55 gallon drum
· Vacuum or pump the washout or slurry into the Bulk Bag (up to 40 gallons)
· Add 1 to 3 cups of Slurry Solidify to the slurry and gently stir
   - The washout/slurry completely absorbs itself, transforming into a solidified paste
     > Free water is completely absorbed ~ protected from release
     > Debris is completely encapsulated and stabilized ~ protected from release
· Once solidified:
    - The 3 mil poly liner bag is zip tied, containing whatever moisture there is
    - Woven poly drawstrings are pulled tightly, completely sealing the 750# Bag
· Solidified, Contained & Sealed, the Bulk Bag is ready for disposal into the dumpster
· Drum is laid down and the HD carry and lifting straps are used
   - Or the HD loop straps are used by a forklift
· Self-supporting sides prevent the Stand-Up from slumping and bulging

Placed inside a 30 or 55 gallon drum or stands upright on its own. Holds your slurry while being solidified with Slurry Solidify. Self supporting sides prevents the bag from slumping and bulging.
Easy handling during disposal with HD lifting / carrying straps. The bag and liner bag are discarded in the dumpster - completely sealing the solidified slurry. On some projects, the HD woven bulk bag may be reused while the liner bag is discarded.
