	Aluminum Weight - Weighs less than the original guard on the angle grinder.
	Simple attachment to the angle grinder. Attach the Dust Director on to the angle grinder to the angle that best works for you - TO YOUR WAY OF CUTTING. The Dust Director does not have a fixed cutting position . . . thereby telling you "how to cut or hold the angle grinder." Re-positioning or adjusting the Dust Director is also available.
	Extension Cover - Unsnapping the extension cover on the Dust Director enables you to cut into tight areas and to cut a wall's inside corner. . . . while maintaining effective silica dust control.
	Worker Production & Comfort - All of the features that went into the Dust Director's design are focused on worker production and comfort (i.e. "Give the men comfort on the wall - they'll give me production.") Dustless masonry and concrete cutting is a relatively new concept . . . Dust Director's Dust Control Features:

#1. Operator Acceptance in Using.

	Lightweight & Easy to Hold ~ made from aluminum.
	Position the Dust Director onto the angle grinder to your way of cutting. You may mount the guard onto the angle grinder at an angle that is best for you and your various cutting projects.
	After the Dust Director is attached, you are still able to re-position the guard - Simply and quickly.

#2. Complete Diamond Blade Visibility.

	The blade opening on the Dust Director's housing enables the operator to completely view the work area for better control and accuracy of the cut . . .
	Being able to see the blade as you cut helps prevent against accidental brick scoring . . .

Extension Cover "unsnapped" to cut in tight areas and to cut a wall's inside corner. #3. Cut a Wall's Inside & Outside Corners.
The Dust Director dustless guard provides complete 180° blade coverage.

By unsnapping the Dust Director's Extension Cover, you expose another cutting edge on the diamond blade - which is used to cut a wall's inside and corners or to get into tight areas.

When approaching a wall's inside corner, turn-off the angle grinder and un-snap the Extension Cover.

You then proceed with the Dust Director to cut into and out-of
the inside corner ~ thus providing a serious job productivity advantage.

#4. Cutting in Tight Areas.
Being able cut with the Extension Cover un-snapped enables the Dust Director to cut into tight areas, such as inside fireplaces, while still maintaining effective dust control.

The Dust Director accepts the follow blade capacities:

	Blade Diameters: 4" to 6". A 6" diameter blade will provide a 1-5/8" depth-of-cut.
	Blade Widths: From .080 (1/16") to .500 (1/2")
	Recessed Brick Mortar Joints - an Additional Dust Director Advantage - Use a 6" blade to cut a recessed mortar joint.

#6. Dust Extraction 2" Vacuum Barrel.

	2" Barrel provides a handy handle for worker comfort.
	2" Wide Barrel Eliminates Chucks of Mortar from Clogging Inside the Guard. FACT: When cutting concrete or masonry, besides creating dust, chunks of concrete or mortar are also broken-off. The 2" wide barrel eliminates any broken chunks from clogging inside the dustless guard, thus avoiding any job site maintenance or production delays.

*Metabo's New* Angle Grinder** - W "8" & "E" Series. A new Dust Director collar (#METABO-LEVER) utilizes the spring-release-guard-lever on these angle grinders to install, adjust, or remove a Dust Director without any tools - in a matter of seconds.
METABO-LEVER	Installation Procedure: Align the Dust Director over the angle grinder's bore - depress the spring-lever on the grinder & the Dust Director snaps into place. No set-screws are used to install a Dust Director onto the new Metabo Angle Grinders.
	Rotate the Dust Director counter clockwise & it locks into a 45° cutting position.
	Depress the spring-lever again to rotate the Dust Director to a parallel (0°) cutting position. From this position, the spring-loaded thumb screw on the Dust Director may be released to enable the Dust Director to swivel freely on the angle grinder.
